Keyboard shortcuts

Every key the window answers to, grouped by the surface it acts on.

Key What it does
⌘N Opens the New Session sheet.
⌘K Opens the quickswitcher. Type part of a checkout, task or agent name, then press Return to go there.
⌘0 Selects Concierge, and starts its session if it is not running.
⌥⌘0 Shows or hides the project drawer.

In the quickswitcher, ↑ and ↓ move the highlight while you keep typing, and clicking a row goes there too. It can also launch: for a checkout it offers a new session there, the same in a worktree, and one for each of your profiles.

Key What it does
⌘[ Selects the row above. Concierge is always first.
⌘] Selects the row below.
Return Attaches to the selected agent’s session, when it can be attached.

A checkout running several agents is several stops, one per agent.

Key What it does
⇧⌘[ Selects the previous tab, wrapping around. The session tab is first.
⇧⌘] Selects the next tab, wrapping around.
⌘W Closes the selected tab; closing a terminal tab ends its shell and its scrollback. On the session tab, which never closes, it closes the window instead.
G then T Goes to the selected checkout’s Tasks tab, opening it if needed. Not available with Concierge.
G then U Goes to the Usage tab, opening it if needed. With Concierge selected, it covers the whole fleet.

The tab keys are also Go ▸ Previous Tab and Go ▸ Next Tab, which are unavailable when the session tab is the only one. G T and G U never fire while you are typing into something, so typing g and t at a command line stays typing.

In a terminal, a link opens on a plain click. While a program in the terminal is using the mouse, hold ⌘ as you click instead.

Key What it does
J / K or ↓ / ↑ Moves the selection. Hold the key to keep moving.
Return Opens the selected task as an issue tab. A double-click does the same.
A Hands the selected task to an agent: opens a sheet where you choose an idle agent or a new session, and read and edit what it is sent. If an agent is already on the task, selects that agent instead.
Space Opens or closes a peek at the selected task.
Esc Closes the peek. With no peek open, clears the filter.
⌘F Puts you in the filter field. Also Edit ▸ Filter Tasks….

A single click only selects a task. Tasks from a todo.md file have no issue, so Return and A do nothing on them.

Key What it does
⇧⌘R Replays the demo’s events, from the Demo menu that only demo mode has.

The window’s own shortcuts take precedence over the terminal and the pages open in tabs. In a terminal, ⌘K opens the quickswitcher rather than clearing the screen; clear it from the terminal’s context menu instead. In a pull request tab, ⌘[ and ⌘] step through the rail rather than going back and forward; use the tab’s own back and forward buttons.
